His communication skills, knowledge of probate sales and diverse marketing skills were top notch. He referred us to a probate attorney who was also awesome. We got multiple offers within a day of listing the property. Closing with probate can be tricky so it’s crucial to have a reliable team in place. I can’t say enough about how they made a very stressful situation go smoothly. We definitely made the right choice selecting Alan Donald.

Alan and his team were especially helpful during our two years in Charleston, both in searching for and purchasing a townhome and selling the same townhome this past year. Living out of state at the time of purchase, Alan would have multiple listings ready for our viewing when we made visits. We found Charleston to be a difficult market to buy, available homes going very quickly. Alan got to know our needs very quickly and was able to find a townhome that we ended up purchasing sight unseen, although Alan did do a visual tour with his notebook. Alan and/or Meghan always made themselves available to assist us. In addition, we looked at several family homes when we thought we might locate there permanently. Alan helped us through the sale/closing of our townhome even though we sold it without listing. In addition to our experience, he assisted in the preparation of selling our daughter's home which he sold within a week. Finally, he has kept in contact with us following the closing last July, providing paperwork for taxes he did not have to do. We came upon Alan by chance, but we would highly recommend him and his team for any future buyers or sellers in the Charleston area.
