Alan and his team were especially helpful during our two years in Charleston, both in searching for and purchasing a townhome and selling the same townhome this past year. Living out of state at the time of purchase, Alan would have multiple listings ready for our viewing when we made visits. We found Charleston to be a difficult market to buy, available homes going very quickly. Alan got to know our needs very quickly and was able to find a townhome that we ended up purchasing sight unseen, although Alan did do a visual tour with his notebook.
